Mackenzie pipeline decision delayed - regulator Reuters
We'd hoped that the NEB's final report would be issued in September. Now, on the last day of the month, we learn that they don't have all the information they require for their final report. Given how long this process has been dragged out so far, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
Cross your fingers and hope they can hold to that projected November release...
